Every employee has the right to a safe working environment. Paralos Energy has a strong focus on occupational safety, accident prevention trhough our safety culture. We comply with the strictest instructions and regulations on occupational health and safety on all our sites. Our partners and subcontractors must also always comply with the workplace safety instructions and regulations.
Our goal is an accident-free work community. We continuously develop proactive measures for improving occupational safety. We monitor our accidents frequency and conduct a comprehensive investigation of all workplace accidents. For instance, Paralos Energy organizes lessons learned meetings after commissioning of each project, in order to improve the safety practices for future projects. In addition, Paralos Energy monitors the compliance of its subcontractors and the entire supply chain with its occupational safety practices.
